By using Cognify LMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

You may use Cognify LMS for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all content you upload and for your learners' activity within your workspace.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Limitation of liability

Cognify LMS is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
